Verify Eligibility
Ensure your request is submitted before the printed showtime; once a movie has started or a ticket has been scanned, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Receive Confirmation
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
